If you have not signed the birth certificate, pending a DNA test can always be my baby name?
My girlfriend is having a baby but I am Shakey rate on signing the birth certificate and told him I was starting a DNA test, I wondered if the baby could have my name unless he signed the birth certificate with the hope that the results say I am the father …. I live in Virginia, and I suppose a law to deal with this crazy … thanks for your help
Do ask a little harsh, so the child can have his name without signing the certificate, I know what I would say if I, your wife!
