Has anyone ever used a DNA kit to send home for a paternity test?
I spoke to my lawyer and said that many people use it because it is faster than waiting for the CAC. Does anyone already had problems? Maury No comments please. There is only funny the first time I heard. =) CCS (Child Support Services)
I used a technique. I think he rubbed his cheek, then my daughter's cheek to collect cells. Then I gave my then boyfriend. He said he rubbed his cheek, and then sent the samples for analysis. But a couple of weeks later told me he had never sent the samples after all. (I knew the child was his!) So even if I have any experience with these computers at home, I have not finished the whole process, so to speak. I heard that these teams are not always admissible in court. They are more personal peace of mind, instead of pursuing child support court. As for me, I would not to use the package for legal reasons, such as child support … I tried to show the mother of my boyfriend the baby was his, and thought it was a cheap way to do so. It was hard to accept at first, I think. I can say that the original DNA kits are fairly easy to use. I had no problems at all. If you have a personal reason rather than a legal reason, I say go ahead and give it a chance. Good luck. =)
