Evidence against Genographic Ancestry.com – Compare?
I am looking into sending DNA to analyze, largely for genealogy. Two contenders are apparently higher the Genographic Project and service through Ancestry.com. What is the difference in quality? We know that can be traced to prospective parents. However, I also can transfer the results of another source. Can anyone recommend one or the other? In addition, the National Geographic Genome Project, they have pay more or to test more tags? I know there is a standard price.
I doubt you'll find someone who does both, because of cost. I used the Genographic Project and were happy. send me emails whenever there is a coincidence. You can contact the people or not. Some people put their trees genealogical line there, some not. It was enough that I could go to a standstill, and I was very satisfied. It is not cheap! I advise you to pass the 67-gene match the first time if you have a complicated situation (dead, very common last name.) Good luck!
