paternity test saskatchewan

paternity testing is mandatory in Saskatchewan, Canada?

Not madatory. If you think you may or may not be the father, and provided firm the mother in child support will require a paternity test before signing anything. Child Support will sign a paper indicating that it is according to the father and once again, if you sign this document will not get a paternity test later, as you said the same dad.
