
Do men in Texas have the right to get a Paternity test without permission from the mother of the child?
The woman does not know who her baby’s father is but its out of two men. She refuses to get the Test done, she thinks the baby’s father is going be the man she picks to be in a relationship with. She doesn’t want to know the truth but one of the men wants to know, so if it is he’s he can step up and be the father to the child even if he doesn’t have a relationship with the mother.

Basically, if you request a paternity test through the court, the mother must let one be done on the baby.
