How I can avoid paying child support and that my name be removed from the birth certificate?
I signed a statement the paternity of a child in 2002 in the State of California. Once the baby was 2 months, I discovered I was not the biological father. Recently (11/12/2009) received a letter of support services for children who require check again, because I think the mother is receiving assistance from the county. "I can be responsible for this if I I am not the biological father? The mother commpleted a change of office address email to my email at home by a message box to interfere with the initial test saying I was the father, and sent the correct results in my home. Upon receipt of the copy of false paternity test, I took another test paternity in a different place confusion. This test also confirmed that it was not the biological father. Shortly after returning informaton changed email address and complete the form fraud with the post office. Do I have the opportunity to get my name on the birth certificate?
You are not responsible for a child is not theirs, even if your name appears on the birth certificate. Contact Child Support Services agency sent the letter to you and make arrangements to introduce you to another DNA test. This will clarify the matter once and for all.
