Recognition / single parent / birth certificate of a child from birth.?
There's a baby coming. I accepted I am the father, but there many complications that I am a little less than 100%, making a DNA test at birth a final decision. What I am asking is what should be done at birth in terms of birth, and the appropriate protocol for me I'll do whatever to do for that child until then and then, while I am the father, but a paternity test to do, then this will be done. I want this child to use my name on the birth certificate, but I have to do anything legally for the first time? Or is it just to have my name on the certificate entitles me to all the legal obligations that would be too difficult to break later? I pay and go through necessary, but what I do efficient and sound now .. 4 months until the expiration date, I need some tips to help you be prepared ….!!!!
Sign in anything that paternity has been established in 30% of the tests are negative. If you register, you are on the hook for child support, even if you learn after you are not the father. This manual will teach you your rights, or lack thereof. http://dads-house.org/EducationalManual
