paternity test false positive

false paternity: What should we do?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081206/ap_on_re_us/child_support_dispute; _ylt = AvK_U4jUcObkmxWsYTWrdPBvzwcF Personally, I find it absurd that any system that does not do anything to court to establish paternity with absolute certainty. A paternity test positive should be granted in all cases paternity is in question – whatever the source of the problem, IMO. Anyone who tries to avoid paternity testing should be convicted of contempt of court. But I digress. What should happen in a case like this? If the mother can not make money, you owe? What to do in a case like this? How should be corrected this injustice?

Must lodge a claim with the state.
