Paternity test in the grandparents?
My brother just died and she was just before his disappearance is now harass my family. It has a years-old only child, according to her, my brother, but we were told it was very promiscuous if we have questions. My brother's name is not on the birth certificate, which we know for sure because he said before going crazy on us. My parents know that a paternity test can be done to determine if the child is actually my brother, but now my parents do not want anything to do with her or his son's unusual behavior lately. My parents are forced to a paternity test or is there a law or law said they did not present against their will? We live in Texas and I am not the focus of the law, so hopefully I can help here. My brother was married to this girl, but she tries to take over your property, you receive Social Security benefits the death of my brother. Please help!
Please accept my condolences on the loss of his brother. I do not think so. I'm sure you are not entitled to their property. Click OK. I just checked a site for you: www.nls.org. He said the benefits may focus on a SS child if the surviving parent can prove that the deceased was contributing financially to the child before death. I put a bit more. Please visit the website and see if that helps. Good luck.
