my 4 months when I have it I was sure the man who signed the birth certificate and documents of paternity, was the father. and now that I look, I know that is not the father. my son and his father [Real] has died in an accident. Is there a way to get the father [Real] on the birth certificate? Where I can do to change his name? and I can request a paternity test on the deceased parent? thanks, this is difficult for me. man who lost the best man ever.
Unless there was a sample of tissue removed by father (real) at a time when he is detained, can be difficult. You must file the appropriate court for a paternity test. In Delaware, for example, that would be the Family Court. If there is an available sample may request access. This may be the case if there was a sample taken at any time for other children, for example, or if an autopsy was carried out for any reason, and the investigating judge has samples of it. If this is the case, I will probably need a prescription for the court to allow it access to paternity testing.
