I filed a visa for a K-1 a few years ago. We had a lot of evidence of the relationship but was not yet approved and our case was taken close to the CO was not satisfied answer to my girlfriend for the interview. I sent many emails and angry letters trying to get a visa issued, but not reopen this case if you give us a DNA test. Submiting consider DNA testing, but later changed his mind and married instead of thinking that test our relationship. Consulate later notified us that our request is invalid and that this a marriage certificate with the return process. We consistently and our request is now back to the USCIS. My question is, will our name on a database government, such as the CIE possible fraud, making it more difficult for us to submit requests in the future. I am submitting IR1 visa and do not want any more trouble.
