please help … child care?
My former partner had a baby and told me it was mine and I had my name on the birth certificate. However, now is that the baby is not mine, and as of the date and wait for the child … we are awaiting results of DNA tests to come back, but if the baby is my son I'll be able to seek full custody? when she refuses, because I do not have acess relationship with the child .. even if the DNA is not yet back I'll have parental rights to my name on the birth certificate and I know that here in Scotland, both parents have full parental rights. If the DNA test load you are the biological father of the baby, then you should be entitled to access. This is reinforced by the fact that his ex called him the father of the baby in the birth certificate.
