Can my partner adopt my 2 year old son?
Is it legal for my fellow law to adopt my son? Can we get married. Technically, he is not a biological parent by the time that DNA testing should be done. Im just afraid that when the testing process is the biological father will go for custody and which would make things very difficult. We plan on marriage, but still be willing to submit, if necessary.
Supposing a father is in doubt because DNA testing is underway …. that would be discharged before the adoption would / could be granted.
