cheapest way to check the DNA?
My brother who had killed a 28 year old son. My family has always said it was not my brothers Son and Mother lied to get support. I recently came across and I wondered how we can confirm that we are bound. Would we be able to say through DNA testing me and him, if we are connected, or if my brothers used the DNA. Also what is the best way to find and where? We live in Los Angeles.
